Lubrication Systems Company (LSC) is a worldwide leader
in providing lubrication-related solutions that improve reliability
and reduce operating costs for clients in process industries,
particularly hydrocarbon processing. LSC designs, manufactures
and installs centralized lubrication and oil purification
systems for refineries, gas gathering, petrochemical plants
and other processing facilities and also performs ongoing
maintenance and related in-plant services. The company’s

LubriMist® Oil Mist: Centralized
lubrication system that utilizes the energy of compressed
air to continuously produce and supply a lean mixture of low-pressure,
atomized lubricating oil through distribution piping and tubing
to many individual pieces of equipment and bearing housings.
Leading companies in process industries rely on oil mist to
improve machinery reliability, reduce maintenance costs, increase
machinery availability and improve bottom line profitability.
LSC has advanced oil mist technology to include microprocessor
controlled oil mist generators and environmentally clean closed-loop
systems. LSC designs, manufactures, installs, commissions
and maintains LubriMist® oil mist systems on a turnkey
basis worldwide.
ThermoJet® Oil Purifier: State-of-the-art
on-line industrial oil purification system utilizing air/gas
stripping process. ThermoJet® oil purifiers remove free
and dissolved water and light hydrocarbons from industrial
lubricants and hydraulic oils. One of the highest return applications
is the removal of H2S from sour seal oil. The ThermoJet®
oil purifier outperforms centrifuges and more complex vacuum
dehydration systems.
LubriMist® Synthetic Oil: High-performance
lubricant for oil-mist applications. LSO is formulated from
high-quality diester base stocks and advanced technology additive
systems to provide significant performance advantages over
mineral and polyalphaolefin based lubricants. LSO is the product
of choice for use in oil mist systems because of its extremely
high detergency and dispersency properties. In addition, since
LSO molecules are polar, they form strong bonds with bearing
surfaces insuring high film strength and superior lubrication.
